Our personalised birthday or announcement babygrows can be ordered in a few simple steps:

1. Choose the babygrow size.

2. Depending on the design, you may need to type in the wording you would like, select colours & upload images to be used.

3. Add to basket & complete your purchase.

Please note: It is very important you check all text is spelt correctly and information is correct as all products will be produced off that information.

All deliveries are made through Royal Mail. Delivery is £1.45 for orders under £15 and free for orders over.

Due to the personalisation, orders are shipped within 1-5 working days. We aim to get these items out as soon as possible but set this time frame as standard. 

All items are packaged in protective packaging and customers will be emailed when item is dispatched. If you are ordering an item and need by a specific date, please ensure you give plenty of time for delivery as we cannot take responsibility if item arrives after intended date.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up until we send out your order, however this is not the case for personalised items as they are made to order. If your order has not been started then cancellation is possible. 

Even though these products are made to be worn for special occassions rather than every day use, please follow the steps below to ensure they last as long as possible:

1. Wash products inside out.

2. Do not tumble dry.

3. Wash products on a cold or warm wash up to 30c.

4. Do not use bleach on items.

5. Do not iron over the transfer directly. If you must, please use a towel or similar to place over the transfer or iron inside out.
