Returns Policy

Our main aim is to please our customers and we want you to be happy with your items. In the unfortunate event that you are not, we promise to do our best to make it right. Simply get in touch via our email hello@printswithheart.co.uk or through our contact form.

Cancelling or amending an order

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up until we send out your order, however this is not the case for personalised items as they are made to order. If your order has not been started then cancellation is possible. 

When placing an order, it is very important that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct. This is because we copy this exactly onto the designs.

If you do spot an error, please contact us ASAP via email hello@printswithheart.co.uk and we will be able to amend this if the item has not been placed into production already.

 

Returns

Personalised items are not eligible to be returned as they are made to order. However, this does not affect your standard rights if a product is damaged or not up to standard.

For all other items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or talk to us about an order, you can contact us at hello@printswithheart.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
