I have an idea for an item I would like made, can you create bespoke orders?

Yes. If there is something you would like created and it is not available on our website, please get in touch with us via our email or contact form and we can arrange this for you. 

How long will it take to make the personalised clothing?

We aim to get your order completed and sent out within 7 days, although we try to send out your order as soon as possible. Depending on the order, we may send you an email with a digitalised design for your approval before we put it into production. If amends are made or we get a delayed reply, this may increase the delivery time. We will contact you if there is any delay with your order.

What guarantees do you offer?

With certain products, we will send you a digital example of the design to ensure you are happy before we commence production. It is up to you to check the proof carefully as this will be representative of the final product.

If there is a fault in the manufacturing of the product we will rerun your order for free or offer a full refund once the item is returned. If you are not happy with an item, please email us where we will be able to help. 

Is the personalisation box case sensitive?

No. The text printed on the personalised clothing and prints will be the same as the image on the product page.

Can I change the personalisation once ordered?

Yes it may be possible, if we have not put your order into production yet we will be able to change your order. Please get in contact with us via our email and we will let you know if this is possible.

Can I send this as a gift straight to the recipient?

Yes. All of our products are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, protective packaging and then sent. No invoice is included in our packaging as this is emailed to you. There is also no price tag included on the order.

We will also be adding special 'gift wrapping' servicing to our offering soon with a personalised gift note. If you would like this before it is available on our website, let us know and we can do this for you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is 99p when spending under £5 and over £15 is free. Delivery is made using Royal Mail's first class delivery. For further information on delivery, please read our delivery policy.

Payments & Refunds

What payment options are there?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

What is the returns policy?

For all information on returns, please read our returns policy. In short, we will refund or re-produce your order free of charge if there is a fault in the product. We otherwise do not accept returns due to the bespoke nature of our products. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
